Market lacks sufficient office areas mainly in the high class. The report of "Kushman & Ueykfild" monitor the market of offices in 58 countries. By European countries in the report in cheap offices have only in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Below 300 per sq m per year have offices in Croatia and Serbia.
